Dr. James Robinson

James D. Robinson is a Professor of Communication at the University of Dayton. He joined the University in 1982 and served as the Director of Graduate Studies for more than fifteen years. During this time he has published two books, 43 refereed journal articles, and 25 book chapters. Much of his research has examined the role new communication technologies plays in health. In addition to working with the Center for Cybersecurity and Data Intelligence, Robinson is working on a book that focuses on the role persuasion plays in social engineering exploits and teaches courses on social influence and social engineering.
