The landline based home phone, calculator, yellow pages, digital camera, and stand alone GPS are all dead, replaced by the mobile phone. But even then, the voice conversation is quickly being eclipsed by text messaging, in fact SMS Text messaging is now the number one activity on a mobile device and the number one form of communication for people under 55. To address this change in the way people communicate, Cincinnati Bell has developed a SMS Text messaging platform utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI). This technology is in use today at Cleveland RTA, Columbus City Schools, Cincinnati Public Schools and powers a solution under development to help address the opioid crisis.
